Had this happen in a 16 key and apparently it was because a bird from 1 of the 3 packs didn’t come down somehow. Possibly related to Spiteful ghost spawn bugging the progression of the encounter.

Same thing happened today. This is a known bug for weeks and they don’t care, they keep charging monthly fees, keep selling copies, sitting back laughing at their customers and milking every cent they can. How about you fire the diversity and inclusiveness department and hire some developers?

This just occurred in our +18 AA. Bricked the key and had to hearth out. No updates on fix still.
I’m hearing this happen to a lot of people all the time still.
Still happening. Hearthing and coming back into the dungeon doesn’t fix. Crazy how this is still an issue.

Can we get a fix? Or remove the timer from AA for now cause shtuff is broken.

Happened to me twice today. Luckly didnt brick either key but still annoying none the less.
8 hours of maintence and blizzard dont fix this stuff, just amazing.
I just encountered the same bug not even 20 minutes ago. By the time we got to Crawth, the timer was still above 20. We get the bug, hearth out, then go back into the dungeon. At that point there was only 13 minutes left and we ended up not timing the +9. This issue was brought up a good amount of time ago. I wonder why they still haven’t done anything about it 
It’s incredible they haven’t fixed this yet.
We were to start the Crawth fight with more than 21 minutes but it never came down. Way to go, Blizzard. And it was my weekly 20, completely ruined not by me nor the pugs but by the game. I demand it back so I can have a decent shot at it.

It’s been like 3 weeks, this has happened only two times but its a bummer that killed my 18 key

Just killed a 15 for my group. We tried jumping off, relogging, going to the other boss, killing it, coming back, still no luck. Had to find the stuck add and have a DH pull it to us. Three weeks of bug reports and still no word of a fix or even “hey we know there’s a problem we’re working on a fix”. Multi dollar company. If you don’t have a DH in your group I’m pretty sure the key is dead.

Just happened in our group, I feigned on my hunter, when they all hearthed out and I stayed (they were in combat, I was not), the Alpha eagle respawned, but our key time was shot.

happened to me just now at the last bird pack.
i think it’s due to one bird not spawning at the last bird pack.
because at first my rogue was still on combat even after we clear the pack.
had to vanish just to clear combat.
we tried jumping off the platform but no affect.
finally the healer and a dps leave, and somehow the last bird spawned.
then, it all goes back to normal. but then we have to slow clear crawth and the other 2 bosses with only 3 person.
so, i think it was the last bird somehow not spawning that prevented us to continue to crawth.
