I would like to have whirling surge, but i cannot seem to find lightning rush as an ability anymore. I gain the static charges, but I cannot use them.
Was this intentional?
Edit: This seems to only be the case for one of my characters.
Try getting on another dragonriding mount and pulling Whirling Surge out of the spellbook onto your dragonriding bar. Lightning Rush simply replaces the spell on the bar when you mount the Stormrider after.
