I am unable to use this despite crafting it and having Inscription. I get the error text: “You can’t use that item.”

I am getting the same exact error on this item that I just crafted, not seeing anything on wowhead about this bug.

Can’t use inscription or herbalism treatises that i made here as well
So im reading on wowhead and other places that the inscription knowledge books are 1 per week.
wish that would be stated on the item
I just had one of each of my professions crafted but am unable to use them. I’m getting the same error message. I haven’t used any other treatises this week.
It’s not the limit of one per week, it’s literally the first one I and the others assumedly made and cannot use.
Yup, me too, very first ones I’m trying to use but won’t let me.
Weekly profession quests and cooldowns aren’t available during early access. It’s not a stretch to imagine treatises fall in that category.
3 weeks in and I have only been able to use 1. Every week I get a “You have studied these notes extensively and there is nothing new to learn from them”. I also cannot see the weekly from the trainer, despite being level 52 in Inscription.
