Is not available to place as a crafting order, and since it’s BoP that means it’s effectively unusable unless you have both inscription and engineering .

Are you sure? I’m looking at the crafting order screen and it’s there.

Wasnt there for me from the crafting order guy. Every other treatise was.
I’ve been ordering them on my engineer and sent them to my scribe via the order system. Did you check the filters to make sure something is not restricting it?
Same I can’t see it either my scribe just learned it but I can’t order it
