Google searches just provide old articles. I’ve been trying for over two months to see Alexi Hackercam come up just to get two patterns. Everyone else, including the other traders have shown up multiple times. I know it is “random” but this is ridiculous to have the only one I need never showing up. From some of the old articles it seems this NPC was one of the ones hardly ever showing up. Why is this so? Something’s wrong with the RNG.
