False. Only in sims Aldrachi Reaver no mover is better, and that build is night unplayable on any real scenario because of uptime constraints and damage profile.

I buy this, as long as we do more damage than other specs. Is this a realistic goal? No, obviously it is not.
Hence the remaining solutions are either simplifying the playstyle or removing it, making the playstyle less punishing by causing smaller friction with encounter design.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to nerf DH mover (throughput wise). I think DH is lacking in numbers atm, and this is obvious the moment you step into M+
