I made the required alchemy orders….plus two extra…quest didn’t recognize it. Now I only have one order left that I don’t have mats for so I can’t complete the quest 
Just to check, you completed the order? I’ve seen this come up before, I guess, butnew patch means you should put in a bug report. Not really something technical support can help with.
I had the same problem with my hunter last night. She picked up the alchemy order for the Tauren gal, flew to the alchemy table, and completed 2 orders. Yes I hit complete, because I got the rewards in the mail. But my Alchemy Services Requested quest says 0/2 made. The Tauren gal has the gray quest bubble.
So this morning I tried again. I pulled up patron orders and completed one. My quest still said 0/2 made.
Something is glitched with alchemy. I did LW and Blacksmithing orders and they worked fine.
Check in Gameplay > Professions if others are experiencing this. If yes, report in Support > Bug Report
I did. But I have not heard anything, nor did I get credit for it.
Maybe today’s (Th) shutdown will fix it.
Well I got 3 points for the alchemy quest completion.
