Normally the alchemy trinket is BIS - especially for mythic+. This time around; however, the ilevel is substantially lower.
Moreover… the crafter’s mark II doesn’t even bring it up to epic levels (and it’s not even possible to get yet).
Does the lower I level matter or is this still the go to trinket?

Hmmm I think its ok but not great. Its also never been good for M+ since mana management is not an issue there. There are definitely other trinkets you will want to focus on obtaining. Bloodletting Ruby I think its called from Theatre of Pain is quite good rn. Unbound changeling is nice as well.
First things first though it depends on if your preference is raiding or M+. M+ you want to go for trinkets like Soul Igniter because it does huge dmg
I plan on focusing both idealistically.
Starting with raiding but I will build out a dual healing set
Try aiming for unbound changeling and soulletting ruby
Right now I’m rocking the dark moon trinket and the changeling one.
