Alchemy Trainers offering basic Alchemy training I already have

The Alchemy Trainers in DragonFlight are offering me “Alchemy” which I already have.
If I select it, the Train button remains grayed out.
The tooltip for this says:
Alchemy
Allows and alchemist to brew basic potions. Requires herbs found with the Herbalism skill.
Perk: Mixology
You receive an increased effect and duration when drinking an exlir or flask you know how to make.

I have all this stuff already, so I should not be seeing this as a new skill that I can’t accept.
