I decided to go get the quest in Tanaris from the mixology master to have a possible 30% chance to proc extra elixirs. After buying the mats for this quest I find there to be no change. I have made many elixirs and pots with no extras. There is nowhere that I can see that I even have this capability to process a 30% chance. What a waste to buy those mats. If anyone knows anything about this it would be helpful.
