Alchemy - Harmonious Horticulture crafting/points question

I have a few knowledge points to spend; I’m making R2 (and eventually R3) potion cauldrons for the guild raids. I’d like to get easier R2 Harmonious Horticulture without spending more concentration than I have to. I’m maxxed on alchemical mastery, have 40 points in the mycobloom lore subspecialty, maxed on potent potions, and have put a few points into bulk production.

The text from the herb lore subspecialty reads:

“gaining +1 Skill to potion, flask, and phial recipes”.

Will putting points into the other herbal Lore nodes help me with Harmonious Horticulture? It doesn’t sound like it…in which case I may keep putting more points into bulk production.

Any help is appreciated!

I had one spare KP so I did an experiment just for you. I put one point in Lure drop and my skill went from 186 to 187 for crafting it.

potions do have an effect after you use them. be sure to use it before to do something before you start. finesse gave extra items sometimes after doing that whenever you do herbing or mining.
