Character cannot use either experimentations for alchemy. I have all materials in my inventory, standing next to the table. My character goes to do the animation and completely stop. I don’t see a cooldown and I havent failed as when I try to use liquid courage it states “You are already brave enough”

Experiencing the same bug. I tried disabling all my add ons and re logging
Ditto here. I click “Experiment”, the animation starts for a split second, then stops, and nothing else seems to happen.
Its not working for me. disabled all addons as well.
They are probably finally addressing a bug that I found and reported multiple times during the Beta where you can log off and back on after a failed experiment to bypass the 4 hour lockout. It made it in to live and now someone has probably abused it.
Please fix these reported bugs in beta Blizz so it doesn’t mess up the live game…
Same for me. It was working earlier today, but I came back to do a few more and now it’s not working at all.
Same here, Sargeras-US (Currenlty 74+6). The cooldown expired 40 minutes ago now.
Hello everyone! I’m having the same problem, and I tried to use the Liquid Courage but nothing seems to happen.
Yup same issue, timer since last explosion has since timed out, but I can’t experiment anymore.
Having the same issue. While I was trying to research the issue, I saw something (I didn’t look closely) and Bliz banning people for exploiting. I’m guessing they have disabled it until they can fix it properly.

I didn’t even know there was a time-gated debuff, damn
There was a bug where people could bypass the timer after a failure and keep doing the experiments, so Blizzard disabled it and now the most difficult profession to level can’t even do the experimentation to get the phials to level because they haven’t fixed it.
Incredibly frustrating. Hopefully it’s fixed soon. I spent all day farming herbs to train alchemy and now I can’t.
Its been disabled for now.
Thought maybe it was a bug with the failure rate as the last 2 experiments i tried failed on the first attempt 1 after a courage and 1 this morning before it was disabled.
I’m experiencing the same issue as others on both my alchemists.
