FYSA, I was crafting Flask of Tempered Swiftness. It started with 2 diamond (silver) flasks (using concentration) and then it drop down to 1 diamond (bronze) flasks; I ran out of concentration. I got my silver Flask of Tempered Swiftness no problem, but did not get the ten bronze Flask of Tempered Swiftness even though it consumed all the mats that would be used to create them, and showing that I created them in the chat log.
I logged off and on and hoped they would appear, but so far no go.
