Alchemy backfire-explosion while reclaiming concoctions

I just had a backfire explosion while performing Reclaim Concoctions.

I performed two phial experiments. Received Liquid Courage on the second one. Ran out of Omnium Draconis at this point and made more, maybe 20. Started phial experimentation again, exploding on the second one. It knocked me far enough back to close the alchemy window. I drank the Liquid Courage I had gotten earlier and reapproached the table.

The second experiment had used the last of my Dragon’s Alchemical Solution. Began reclaim concoctions on I believe some Aerated Mana Potions. I had 60+ of them. I noted that it was weird that the “Number to craft” had defaulted to 2, when it always normally defaults to 1. I attempted to uptick it to avoid having to sit and babysit spamming “reclaim”. It reset back to 2 after I got it up to 5 or so (A different bug that happens to the ‘quantity to craft’ value and ‘reagent quality to use’ but I’m not discussing that here; although very annoying!). Gave up on upticking the quantity after the reset and pressed reclaim with quantity set to 2. The first reclaim produced 2 Dragon’s Alchemical Solution. The second reclaim exploded like an experiment would, knocking me back and applying the 2 minute debuff, and the 4 hour cooldown on experimentation. I don’t know if there are any local logs or anything else I can provide.
