Okay so I’m trying to finish the Shadow of The Betrayer achievement to finish Outlands and I am currently stuck on the Akama’s Promise series. I have done all of the quests up to Seer Udalo and I’m unable to start that quests. Any ideas on what I could be missing?
Typically, trouble with the Black Temple quest chains come down to Scryers/Aldor issues. Do you know which your character is affiliated with?
The character I am completing this on is with the Aldor.
Is Anchorite Ceyla not offering it, then? I don’t think it has a map marker, but you’ll want to make sure Trivial Quest tracking is turned on from the minimap, then check with her at the Altar of Sha’tar.
If your character is a Warlock, you may have trouble with phasing if you started the green fire quest chain but never finished it.
Try running this an see if you’re missing a quest.

Yeah, I’ve found that out I just have not been able to start out the quest as Akama doesn’t offer the quest for some reason. I havent been able to find where to pick it up to continue and it’s been driving me crazy lol.
Akama doesn’t offer the quest in question – an Aldor or Scryer NPC does, depending on your affiliation.
Which is odd as Wowhead credits Akama as the quest giver. This might be where the confusion lies. No chance you can dig up which NPC it is? I wouldn’t know where to start to looking =\
Hm, wait, you’re right. I’m wrong about that – Akama should be offering it. OP, can you post on the affected character?
Maybe it’s the quest to find Akama, offered by Sanoru?
Edit; Clarified, maybe that’s the actual quest OP is missing?
How do I change which character on the new forum system?
In the upper right of the screen, you should see a little icon square. If you click on it, there should be an option to change your character =)

Check this NPC, and make sure he’s not offering the quest to find Akama.

If the other folks who are more knowledgeable about these things assisting you can’t pinpoint your problem, I’d recommended downloading Wholly and Grail. They’ve been super useful to me trying to figure out where I left off in questing and want to return to finish.
I got it! Deleted my .wtf file and disabled addons and it popped up? Not sure exactly why that worked.
