Integritas is a new guild that is still finding it’s legs and we’re looking for players that enjoy raiding as much as chilling out with other members.
Our members are skilled and have a couple of Nef kills beneath our belts, we believe that we can get out of the pugging atmosphere want to get our guild into solid raiding.
Our plans are to have a class BiS prio on loot. Meaning if it’s on your BiS list, you can roll for it. The only exception to that rule are the bindings, those are currently reserved for MT/OT, then after that…Rogues, Hunters…Go Crazy!
We’re also going to set aside all items that aren’t wanted and either vendor or AH them and we’ll distribute the proceeds to those active raiders after a 30 day accumulation.
Right now, we’re hosting small runs, with a MS>OS with no item limit, and we’ll gradually move to a roll decay until we have enough for a solid 40 man core. Once we reach that point, we’ll move to an EPGP system, and still maintain the BiS prio, where if it’s on your list, then you have the option to roll for it.
Yes, we are small right now, barely more than a dungeon group; however, we have high hopes. The raid times that we’re looking to hit are Tuesday & Wednesday at 9:30pm Server.
