My Aimed shot used to instantly cast when proc’d; now there’s still cast time even when proc’d.
Did something change or maybe I’m talented wrong?

It’s probably the streamline talent.
I actually think it’s one of my addons or weak auras that’s confusing me after cross referencing with a friend, I’ll dig further into that, thanks all!
Your tier two piece lights up the aimed shot icon like when you have an insta-cast. But it’s indicating your next aimed shot has the bleed proc. It’s definitely confusing.

You recently equipped 2 piece tier set? Aimed shot gets highlighted every time you crit on AS MS and it’s the same appearance as lock and load. Very confusing, I hope they remove that next patch, it messes up my lock and load rotation.
I recommend a simple WA strictly for lock and load so you know when the next ones instant!
