Aimed shot is doing more damage than the Frostwyrm ability on frost DK. I dont think this makes sense at all? What do yall think? I get stuff is untuned but yea just wanted to put this out their.

Frostwyrm is also an aoe ability while aimed shot is single target.
And frost dks are undertuned right now anyway.

I am sure it will be nerfed. It was in a similar situation back during the BFA prepatch. I haven’t personally gotten on to test the shadowlands version but I remember back during the BFA one I could easily two shot people in pvp.
Not the first time this happened with aimed shot.
Ya as someone mentioned aimed shot is single target while the other is aoe, but also if you think of it Aimed shot requires a cast time so i guess it sorta makes sense on that part.

Isn’t frostwyrm instant and aimed shot takes, oh, forever. You move, wasted time, it’s easy to interrupt, etc.

True, but aimed shot is an uninterruptible builder ability. And its still a 3 Minute CD lmao. I dont mind Aimed shot dmg, rather I think Frostwyrm should hit harder.
It’s a spender. The builder is steady shot. And all you gotta do is LoS the long cast time on aimed shot.

Ye can move during Frostwyrm an’ it deals damage over an area.
Aimed Shot requires ye tae stay still and nae get interupted, stunned, knocked back or pulled.

Aimed Shot? Is that a pet ability? My pet out does me on the dps meters.
I agree they should remove that and the Killshot talent
make 2x Killshot baseline (or how it used to be, if you didn’t kill them it resets)
during Trueshot, Aimed Shot hits a second time for 50% of the dmg

Oh, don’t worry, people complain so much about MM hunter being overtuned in the Pre-Patch that Blizzard always nerf it, it happened in Legion, then in BFA and will probably happen in Shadowlands too.

So… you want your melee class to have a ranged ability that is as good and spammable as that of a ranged class? Did I get that right?
Nah, he’s just saying he thinks it doesn’t do enough damage considering it’s a 3 minute CD.
Which is true in single-target. Less so in aoe.
