Completing world quests in the Forbidden Reach does not grant any credit towards the weekly Aiding the Accord: The Isles Call. The weekly quest was obtained last week and left unfinished.
Forbidden Reach WQs give Dark Talon (or Alliance equivalent) rep, not one of the 4 main DF factions which are all that count for Aiding the Accord (as they are what make up the Accord).
Thank you for pointing out the distinction between the two quest requirements for The Isles Call. The first is “Complete 5 World Quests in Dragon Isles,” and the second is common to each weekly Aiding the Accord quest “3000 Reputation earned throughout Dragon Isles.”
We have become accustomed to subordinate factions, such as the Artisan’s Consortium, Wrathion, and Sabellian not contributing to the reputation portion for the weekly. It is plausible that the Dark Talons or Alliance equivalent also would not.
However, the other component that requires “Complete 5 World Quests in Dragon Isles” doesn’t leave as much room for interpretation. Opening the world map clearly indicates that the Forbidden Reach is within the Dragon Isles. It is expected that completing any world quest in the Forbidden Reach would contribute to world quests completed in the Dragon Isles.
Regardless, it would be helpful to know if this is working as intended.
