On my main and 2 70 alts, I picked up Aiding the Accord first, and it required “researchers under fire”, not the suffusion camp. I would have expected Aiding the Accord to have the same requirements for everyone in a given week. Is it random, or maybe it was order dependent?
And the final GM response:
We understand that this situation can be bothersome, after all no one wants to lose a weekly quest, but at this time there isn’t any workaround that can be provided.
Thank you for understanding, I know that this answer doesn’t seem like enough, but I can assure you that your developers will do their best to fix this issue!
And with that I will be writing off my weekly quest loot. Thanks gobs Blizz.
This week: The “event” you need is just straight up bugged. I really wish they’d give up on forcing these events on us, they don’t even work properly!
Haven’t been on yet but thanks for preparing me for another week of disappointment
Yeah I did it from start to almost finish, then it just phased me out of it. 10+ mins, no credit. Fun times.
On the plus side, they didn’t clear the weekly from my queue so this time all I had to do was visit the Suffusion Camp and unlock the chest with the three keys I still had from last week. Two second weekly quest. Still missed out on last weeks, but whatever this weeks is, I didn’t have to do it.
For me it was the feast, which is the easiest one imo.
I hope the alts that skipped last week aren’t tied to that one until they do it as I will not be doing suffusion camp until they fix it.
I feel bad for the GM/CS crew that has to answer for the Dev/QC oversights…it conjures this in my mind:
Couldn’t agree more. Customer support is brutal no matter what company you work for.
