How about some AI bots for PvP? I’d like to play a game where everyone sucks and isn’t so stressful like PvP against players. The biggest problem with PvP nowadays is that everyone is too good. Every other game type out there lets you play against bots and it would be very nice.

Yep comp stomp! I loved that in Starcraft, Dota, LoL, Counterstrike, etc.

I love comp stomp! If they could do AI bot teammates for leveling dungeons, islands/scenarios, and old raids as well, that would be fantastic.

Ooh yeah that’s good. I would play a lot more if I didn’t have to deal with people when I don’t feel like it. No matter how much you suck they won’t kick (or judge) you!
Starting off I would like to point out this is an MMO and not a single player game, a system like this could be abused when it came to gearing because without rewards in place it would be a waste of time to play. People will also not queu up for this system if the rewards are lesser than basic pvp honor rewards because why waste your time grinding out a gearset that would be inferior?
On the other hand if the rewards are just as good as actually pvp gear then nobody would pvp in reg bgs anymore, why go through the stress of fighting someone better when you fight a bot that doesn’t even kick your spellcasts? The AI they made for Island expeditions were laughably easy to stomp and their shouldn’t of been “Player like AI” in the game to begin with. This is not supposed to be a single player experience and a lot of WoW’s problems are stemming from trying to make it this way.
People are referred to as their class name instead of their character name nowadays, there is a huge communal disconnect with how people used to treat one another thanks to server merging and not to say there wasn’t always toxicity in the game but it’s an unavoidable part of having an online community, or any community for that matter.
Continually pushing for changes that cater to a single player experience defeats the purpose of an MMO and drives the player base further apart. You used to be able to know the big players on your servers, the people to avoid, the guilds that were cutting edge, and just the everyday people that talked in trade.
I understand not everyone played during these times and times must change as the game evolves and so does the community, but changes that keep pushing not needing other players to advance your character have hurt the game and its community. Even when these suggestions come from a good place it is hard to see the good in the end result.

Well, I’m seeing a lot of “Come play World of Warcraft for the awesome PvP” ads being targeted at me, so Blizzard’s trying to get you some fresh blood to stomp.
And toys that effect gameplay ie make you small, other faction etc etc.
TBH their bots could resolve a lot of issues with matchmaking in both PvP and PvE.
Wish comp stomp was on all the time. Especially if the best you can get from it is honor gear why does anyone care? Honor gear has been trash all of shadowlands and is purely there to keep new players distracted and make them function as fodder for people who paid for pvp and +15 carries.

Honestly, this is where I stop when it comes to replying to suggestions like the OP. We shouldn’t have to explain any further than that. If the OP wants to play against mindless bots there are plenty of single player games out there. Diablo 4 is coming out soon and that should be right up their alley. Stop trying to turn WOW into something it was never meant to be.
Who cares if it’s single or multiplayer? Other multiplayer games have bots and they’re fun.
I mean seriously, it wouldn’t even affect you if you don’t like it. It’s technically PvE but you get to play your class against other classes unlike PvE.
