Seriously the difference between elemental shamans that are cheating and not is absurd.
When you can’t fake cast or make plays and have to heal 40-60% more damage than the best players of the class can put out fairly it’s one thing, when the MAJORITY of elemental shamans you see above 2400 mmr are cheating it actually ruins the integrity of the game
while true, this isn’t even the first time shamans, specifically, have been 50%+ bots on the high end lmao
point is it probably won’t be the last either cuz indie dev company
They don’t even ban you from playing WoW immediately, they just require you to make another sub/account I.e. WoW2, WoW3 etc…
Ran into one Wednesday night, 2 SS lobbies back to back. Instant tremor my fear, lasso when my hunt goes off, standing still just padding meters.
Funny part was I had a rogue and r Druid on my team, in the beginning of match he ran all the way to my starting area because I was the only target he could hit.
A conversation no one wants to have but a spec/class being so suscepible to botting and having such affinity and success with botting shows that there’s probably a design issue with the class
There shouldn’t be such a large variance in performance between playing well and then just being a bot
Edit: emphasis on bot. This isn’t true AI. A script program shouldn’t be outplaying anyone at the upper levels of performance in this game

just because he has a 100% success rate in stopping casts does not mean he is using cheats
Do you guys feel like more eles are being accused of cheating that actually arent cheating. Their rotation is super freaking easy to do. I played with an ele who definitely wasnt cheating from my pov but did good dmg and got whispers about playing with a botter. Im like this guy doesnt ground or shear or anything but hes a cheater for pressing lava burst every time it lights up? Theres obviously tons of botters but theres also some that arent botting that are getting lumped in with the rest.

Bots hit every proc before a human can react
To be clear how bots are better:
They kick at 0 or 99% cast so impossible to fake
They manage flame shocks perfectly on pets and all enemy targets leading to a 20-40% passive dps increase (is just not possible to mentally keep track of all of this while playing the game)
They respond to procs same-global rather than at a one-global delay which is not possible for a human to do

I think as usual cheating claims are exaggerated. I started playing ele and it’s extremely easy to do damage. If you have a proc press LB if you don’t press ES to get one. You just 121212 really well and it’s 80k dps. Sure lots of cheaters but really class is just Hunter lvls of easy rn
