There are some quests in Ahn’Qiraj when first entering the right side instance after the first boss inside on the left. The quest called Conqueror’s Greaves requires 4 items (Qiraji Bindings of Command, Idol of War x2, Ivory Scarab x5 and Gold Scarab x5). Ive aquired all the items but the NPC wont let me turn them into him. There is another quest there as well but i havent tested that one as i dont have the main Qiraji quest item. But for the Bindings i do have that item so its obviously bugged, i meantion the other so that you could test that one as well, theres a high probability that one is broke as well.
note this was done on my level 60 character named Demilord on Scarlet Crusade
Continuation: All quests here are bugged, i checked some of the others and had the required items and still was not able to turn them in as well… all three NPCs here are bugged and wont let players turn in for rewards
