AHHH! REAL MONSTERS. Aspirant Thetes missing!

The escort version of the quest(I believe the questid is 61220) appears currently un-completable. After I filled the bar to 100%, I can’t find the npc, Aspirant Thetes to escort him to safety. Blizz has added a Larion to fly Kyrian to Elysian hold right next to the spot where the Aspirant should be. I don’t know if that may have goofed something.

it’s bugged, they deny it. i opened a ticket, they said it’s fine. there is no way to restart the quest so we just cant finish it for the duration. we cant have the reward. we cant make the NPC appear. and they say it’s working properly.

Actually on this one, they are correct. I came back a bit later and flew around the quest area later and eventually found the npc on the extreme far side of the quest area in-land from where I was expecting him. I think the information I got off of wowhead was a bit misleading so i’ll try to update there, but the quest did work. I just was too slow to come back and erase this.

spending over 20 mins waiting for an NPC to show up when it’s on the corresponding step isnt acceptable. if working as intended is no progress being made, then working as intended is wrong.

That doesn’t make it a bug in the only opinion that pragmatically matters: Bizzard QA’s. This won’t get forwarded to the devs.

You might try a suggestion in a non-Support forum like Quests or in the in-game suggestion tool.

I’m not following your complaint. Is it that the npc was too hard to find and you spent 20min or that it literally didn’t appear on your screen for 20min?

the npc literally isnt there, after reload, leaving and returning zone, exit and re-enter app / game, consulting wowhead, i mentioned wowhead gave me zero solution on an in-game ticket. as the ticket itself couldnt assist, i then come here and see that it occurs to more than myself.

i dont assume any progress in attempts to mention it. i dont think the devs have interest.

i dont know why it wont work and ive tried to solve it myself.
i’d like to be precise: i noted what i tried in the ticket. it gave no differing result. their suggestion is to try the same steps.
