0 epic staves
0 feral wep
0 epic crossbows
0 akumai daggers which would be a consolation prize for not seeing any staves but nope

thanks for putting extremely powerful caster loot like the epic staff and the fist weapon but horrible bloated garbage loot tables.

I understand (not really) maybe one item not dropping the entire phase, but imagine being our hunter, feral, 4 wizards, just lol. No fun at all

Personal loot, would solve a lot of problems…
In my server today, most of LFG BFD’s have something reserved…

how would personal loot solve any problems. its basically the same thing. except you can get screwed over even worse. get an item you don’t need at all. at least with rolling on items, you roll on something you actually want.

dealt with personal loot on retail many times and maybe only once or twice I can ever remember getting something I wanted

Stuff gets reserved because of the horrible loot tables encouraging that.

only benefit personal loot ever had was trialing in some guild early on and not having to trade your loot cause you couldn’t

we haven’t even SEEN these items drop, so no chance to even roll on them

I saw two staffs and a bow in my three runs yesterday! Have you considered it could be a skill issue? If you want it too bad it won’t drop.

I think the proper play would have been to just not put any epics on the loot table. People seem ready to go headfirst in a woodchipper over not seeing any Professor Plums with a 3-4% drop chance dropping in a level 25 raid.

And before anyone says “BiS til 60”: It doesn’t matter what the stats are, since every epic in BFD could easily be invalidated with a quest for Gnomer that gives a blue item, a guaranteed reward, that easily beats out anything in BFD. It’s not like the devs on the retail servers don’t make normal raid gear the same power level as mythic raid gear from the previous tier, like they haven’t done so for a decade of expansions almost now.

Having low % drops and flooding the loot pool with garbage doesn’t help the classic loot system. When there is only one raid and no real alternatives to specific pieces/slots of loot, it only adds to the aggravation.

I’ve seen the crossbow once and the sword none.

The blue weapons dropped for the first time today. Shocked me.
