logged in this morning to get a bit more questing done
Servers offline in 30 seconds.
And the bugs for my tier set are still not fixed.
What I find most frustrating is, they never bother to mention WHY they have to take the game away for an hour. If it were to fix a bug, especially one I’ve been banging my head against, it would be nice to know so I could go try it out now that it’s fixed.

I think you nailed it. I think they are taking the game down to fix a huge bug right now. Hunters, dk-unholy, and demo locks are not being taken to mythic + because their pets are not working. I mean, theyve been aware that the mobs were messing up pets before the raid and M+ dropped because it was already happening in delves. Plus, if that was really true, and they cared about fixing it in the last minute way this maintenance is happening, I feel like they would have done it the day the raid released, or the day after.

100% agree. I dont like to be alarmist, but this is pushing even my patience. Time might be here to have a more deliberate conversation about uptime expectations in a subscription-only live service game

You’re trolling if you actually think this.
They knew so many of these bugs were issues , including all the questing bugs in the new story area Kar’esh, and still Tier set effect bugs reported over and over.
And they STILL decided to go live with it.
And are taking away player time over, and over, to fix them post release.
