I posted a token on Tues morning Order #US815900672 as the token prices were running high and have just now logged in. There was no money in my mailbox, no token still on the AH and I logged out and logged back in and still nothing from the AH has populated. What’s the next step?
It can take several days for it to sell, you will always get the quoted amount of gold when you put it up.
In this support article it says to contact them once it passes the two weeks of being in limbo however:

This is the first time I have posted a token that I didn’t get an immediate return within 24 hours. The token is not still showing as being in my current AH listing. It’s gone. Is that normal?
One more question that I will keep to this thread if someone can help. I have an authenticator that came from the first Blizzcon they gave them out and I’ve just noticed it’s starting to throw out some janky symbols. Where do I get the mobile app before I get locked out of this one? I need to remove it soon and add the app.
Not entirely abnormal.
What you could do is check your other toons, especially the toon that has put it up for listing - it should then also receive the gold in their mail.

If the authenticator is going wonky like you say sooner is better.

What’s also new is that the updated Battle.net IOS app doubles as an authenticator nowadays so you don’t need a seperate Blizzard Authenticator for Apple.

Wow, I must have really not had enough coffee if I bought the token on my little hunter that I rarely play but sure enough the money was there. Thank you all for helping me and relieving my mind (which apparently I’m losing!)
