i was just able to successfully purchase a death blossom. it was either fixed, or the issue is on your end. to help you better, are you running addons? i am, i was able to buy one with and without them enabled. it may be an addon i don’t have that you do, though.
I just deleted all my addons and cannot buy lightless silk. That’s always my first thought, especially around upgrade time. This WAS a WoW issue right after they consolidated the AH system. I suspect that’s the case. Maybe one of your addons is helping, lol. It just worked. I suspect the AH is constipated and it only needs the right buyer to unblock it.

This is definitely a bug. That some folks aren’t affected by it or that it isn’t consistent doesn’t make it less a bug.
Addons on, addons off. Doesn’t matter. I can’t seem to reliably buy from the AH in every case, starting with the update today.

oh man, yeah i only checked one character, and when i logged back in just now to check, everyone i’ve checked since has had issues.
the first time this happened wasn’t enough for them to fix it? sheesh. i’ll stock up on what i can buy on anyone who can buy them, and then pray.

Desolate Leather on Eldre’Thalas is stuck with a block of 225 at 24s each. If the count goes above that, the excess can be purchased. Keep refreshing the display and if the number is above 225, I can buy the excess (remaining after other buyers try to snatch it). Above that block is more at about 2g each.
It’s “ghost” auctions where if you try to buy it, it bugs out with that error.
You can buy anything below or stacked on top though.
Definitely a bug w/ the patch today.
The winners of today will be the ones who snipe mats on top of ghost auctions that are severely underpriced…
I can’t buy singles of Veiled Augment Runes - 11,323 available on AH.
Still an issue today, found this post after failing to buy Lightless Silk across multiple toons.
Happening on Malfurion. Impossible to buy lightless silk.
issue on my end to, finding it hard to impossible to buy lightless silk, putting in lower numbers seems to increase chance but it’s impossible to buy in bulk
those items are region-wide, so no one can buy them. makes this problem pretty huge, and it’s not a new bug either.
Checking in, I’ve been able to buy the odd single, but buying even 20 fails every time for Lightless Silk.
STILL a problem, trying to buy Soul Dust. Hundreds of thousands of them on the AH, but can’t purchase. Blizz, plz fix it.
Sometimes can buy one, but the next one is not available.
All addons disabled and Addon folder renamed, game restarted. It’s obviously a Blizz issue.
Tried to buy a Enchant Chest: Eternal Stats with no luck. 735 listed at 5g a piece, being the cheapest listing. “This item is no longer available”. The listing never dropped below 735 so either no one was buying them or someone had already bought them out and the AH was bugged out by still showing the listing.
Probably the more frustrating part was that I couldn’t choose to buy the slightly higher priced listings without it forcing the bugged listing of 735 into my purchase attempt, which of course, left me with the same response of “This item is no longer available.”
Even if it had allowed the purchase to go through, that would have left me in the position of having to choose between having no enchant or spending an obscene amount of gold for a ridiculous number of the enchant just to get around the bug.
4:02AM MST - Unable to buy Titanium Ore
Bugged Listing: Stack of 35 for 50g each
As Furypunch mentioned above, I could buy some of the Titanium Ore individually (8 of em) then the system locked up. I’m unable to buy the rest individually/in a stack without receiving the “This item is no longer available” error.
I thought - happily - that it was fixed this morning when I was able to buy a lot of mats. Unhappily, it’s stalled again trying to buy a necessary ore.
Blizz, plz fix this. It’s affecting gameplay more than you can imagine.
The bug is back again.
The infrastructure maintenance only temporarily cleared the stuck auctions.
New bugged auctions are back again today.
Cannot buy ANY item. Stack size does not matter. Always the error “This Item is no longer available”.
Edit: Disabled all addons as well and no luck.
