I was on an alt and bought an item for 5 gold, but it froze while purchasing. Relogged, gold was gone from my bag, and nothing in the mail. I then purchased an item for about 87 gold, same thing happened. So now I’m out the gold for two items and neither are in the mail. I’d suggest others wait a while before trying the AH for things that are server specific. Mats that are cross-realm seem to be ok, at least for me.
The same problem, but on the other hand, I put an item up for auction and everything froze, I couldn’t log in to my character for 10 minutes, the item disappeared, it’s not on the auction.
I lost all my items in the AH. I hope there’s compensation
I listed 2 Void-touched Augment runes that have poofed into oblivion. no money in the AH, no auctions listed. occurred with lagging and a crash. (was on suramar server)
same, been 2 days still nothing.. item is just literally gone
I suspect it’s gone for good. Supposedly, some people have gotten responses in tickets that the lost items might be found after next maintenance, but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Hopefully I’m wrong! I feel bad for people that lost a ton of gold or lost their items that are worth a lot of gold.
I made a ticket, and they’re asking for timestamps.. like, seriously?… my item is for sure gone forever i think
