same here.
Spent a frikking hour two nights ago building a favorites list to shop for mogs I still need.
Logged out, logged in the next morning and POOF. Not a single favorite was saved.
Fool me twice, shame on me. I wont waste my time trying it a second time.

Also. It was working last reset, this week it won’t remember anything. No AH addons running presently.
Mine has not worked since the new AH launched. Set Favorites multiple times, but upon logout they are always wiped.
You may have a different problem then. Favorites were showing up across all my toons for the entirety of last week. It was only this week that I encountered the issue.

Same over here. Auction House favorite list is not saving for me for none of my characters since the start of patch 8.3.0.
Please its the biggest feature of WOW Auction House. Please fix it…

Yep, same. I have 20+ active characters, and this “new feature” hasn’t worked since it was implemented. there was one blue note under known issues the first week that “favorites aren’t saving properly”, but the issue since then hasn’t been acknowledged, updated, or responded to in countless other threads.
on the first day, it saved for me through a logout/login on one specific character, literally One time, then it hasn’t worked since.
ive tried not only disabling, but removing all addons, and even temporarily deleted the cache, logs, and wtf folders… it is definetly broken and its pretty irritating that blues refuse to even say anything about it… its been almost 3 weeks now… and not even a "yeah its broken, we dont know when we’ll get around to it

Sweet, looks like the issue has been resolved. Logged on just a few minutes ago, for the first time this week, and without doing anything my previous AH favorites where now displayed when opening the AH.
So this is happening AGAIN and NOT as before, but now you can’t even temporarily set favorites as the option is now grayed out. What is going on here? Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME Buzzard updates the game something else is damaged in the process?
It HAD BEEN working fine now for over a month. Just now I accessed the auction house and found every single one of my favorites were removed and as I stated there is no way to resave any favorites at all…
…and now suddenly it’s all back. I mean what is going on here!?
Sounds like a different issue. You should start a new bug report with all the appropriate details.

Checked both my AH toons just a minute ago. Not seeing any issues.
- Favorites are still showing.
- Able to set new favorites.
- Able to remove favorites.
- Newly added favorites are showing, even after logging in and out.
I have had all the same issues, it was finally working until yesterday again it wiped out, but I am starting to think it’s not the weekly resets etc, I think it could be deleting the temporary Cache folder. I will do a couple tests to confirm and if possible see what should be saved from it before deleting sort of like how we used to have to manually move out add ons then move back after repairing files etc… If anyone else notices this or tries it please share.
