The easy fix here is to just let us buy items based on what we searched for instead of forcing us to buy the lowest item which may be botters and hackers doing some dodgy, or it may just be too many people buying the lower priced items at the same time.
So if I search for Marrowroot and I get a listing showing 1 at 5G that keeps showing as not found, but 600 at 6G, it should let me buy any of those 600 and pay the higher price.
On the flip side I do understand people may list 1-2 items at a lower price, than another 1 item at a higher price and so on an eventually all the way up and prices will change, and someone legit buys all the lower items first, than I should need to refresh and try again.
But if there are enough items at X price and if there enough on the AH when I confirm my purchase it should work, there is no reason I am at the whim of someone reposting one item at a lower price that gets sold instantly.
And as for making no profit, why do some of you even need that much gold? There are sometimes a few mounts or transmogs on the AH at a high price you may want, some vendor mounts, the rare time you win a BMAH item, but what do you really need all that money for? Why are people so up in arms about no longer being able to make a profit, who needs millions of gold anyway?
Give me one good reason for day to day play that requires you to need 45 bazillion gold and truly why this change is such a devil play by Blizzard.
