Hello. 5 days ago I tried to buy Progenitor Essentia and the mobile auction house said that it cost me 40 gold but it took away from me 100+k every time I purchased. So I lose 1.5+ million because of that.
You can take away all the Progenitor Essentia I bought but please give me my gold back.

It happened to a lot of us. I even included SS’s showing the confirmation screen of the prices. I also go the response to the ticket saying they would not refund us.
