Someone else made a post about this in the general forum.
A few of my characters have extremely slow mail and AH. Most do not. This has been going on for two days. I can’t figure out what the cause is. But the character I do most of my AH listing on is flat broken. It takes multiple seconds to remove an item from the mail, more seconds for it to search the item on the AH, more seconds to post after hitting list…it’s excruciatingly long. What should I do? Can I even do anything about this?
Edit: after testing a lot of things, I think it’s the shard my character is on. She’s in the Shrine of Seven Stars because it’s the most convenient place to bank with engineering. When I moved her to Stormwind, all the problems disappeared.
I’ve been having terrible lag. Mail, AH and looting mobs is laggy. I had bad lag in Pandaria on an alt. She’s an Earthen monk and I was flying around Pandaria getting exploration XP. She had a “long” logout when logging out in Shrine of the Two Moons.
Having the exact same issue, mail would be very slow to “Open All”. I have disabled all add-ons and still getting the same issue. Same as OP, I had my AH toon station in Shrine of Seven Stars because it’s easy to bank/ah etc with Engineering. With Trstful suggestion, I moved to Stormwind and everything is back to normal. I agree it seems to be with the Shrine shard.

Same here, apparently it’s just Pandaria and not all realms, some of them are fine
I moved all my bank alts that were laggy to SW and it’s running smooth.
I’m not sure it’s even all of Pandaria, I mostly notice this in Shrine of Seven Stars. If I’m out in Pandaria questing and such I don’t really notice much in the way of lag.
Edit: Amending this, it does seem to be most of Pandaria, but worst in the Shrine. I hadn’t noticed it so much as I’ve been pretty much only doing stuff in Pandaria this week, other than LFR, and that’s just busy. I hadn’t noticed as I’ve been just running stuff for rep, and not paying much attention.
TLDR combo of only doing Pandaria, and not paying much attention, yeah, it’s the continent.
