When I enter as Fury, she’s briefly visible then fades out as she despawns. I have no issue doing the Arms challenge vs Xylem.

same problem whit my warrior in ragnaros
I got her to phase 2 on my dk and now when I go back in she vanishes
Seems to be an issue for myself, too. Elemental Shaman, Moon Guard server. War mode off (if that matters).
She briefly shows up, unattackable, for a second or two when I phase into the scenario, and then she despawns. There’s no speech or anything; it’s just silence.
EDIT: She seems to be fixed now. I reset the game, and there was an update. Also, I let my character die in the green fel instead of zoning out. Hooray.
Bump having same issue
I closed WoW, got an update, and … still disappears when I zone in. Dying to get out didn’t help either.
I found swapping specs, from unholy to frost, zoning in to xylem, then leaving swapping back respawns her. Also if she isn’t up standing in the lava and dying resets her, but who knows. The whole thing just isn’t like i remember it.

She keeps despawning for my fury warrior as well.
It’s awesome that we only have a limited amount of time to do this and we can’t even try it.

Two tips I’ve heard that I thought I’d pass on. First, dismiss any non combat pets before entering. Second, dismount off your vendor/repair mounts before entering. Hope one of these helps.

It’s working for me this morning, without changing anything.

But dismissing my non-combat pet (and disabling auto-summon) has made it work consistently.
Still doesn’t work for my Unholy DK. I had no non combat pets and was not on any mount. Worked once then always despawns right away and I’m stuck in the cave. Very frustrating. Wasted all my buffs.
Still having this issue too. So glad they have time to nerf things that help players but not fix issues that was reported in the PTR.
I think i have it figured out. There is a bonus objective in the area where you do the fight. Go there and complete it in world and she won’t phase anymore.
Never-mind. it started happening again.
She despawned on my ele shaman twice and wasn’t there several other attempts. I tried restarting the game, and it did not resolve the bug.

Same issue for me, happened twice then i took a few hours break. Came back got a few attempts in and started happening again. Not fun. Not happy.
Lucky if she reseted only when you guys got in…I finally got to kill her and she dropped dead and vanished. I got stuck inside with the challange as if nothing happened…Openned ticket with SS but apparently they cant do anything about it…sadly i lost the whole week trying and when i finally make it ( barely) it bugs…im really frustated
Also having the same issue. Unable to have her stay phased.
