I’ve seen posts talking about Uther’s soul being splittered in two and I don’t think it’s the case.
I think his soul was indeed trapped in Frostmourne (the blue fog in the video) and his light essence (the golden fog) representing his will to serve and his pride became so powerful that it created a split personality manifestation. His last wish, “Light, save my soul” is foreshadowing to what happened.
If he is a light manifestation (like Anveena Teague from Sunwell ´https://wow.gamepedia.com/Anveena_Teague´ ) that would explain why the wound made by Frostmourne didn’t close. The light mimicked Uther self from the moment he died and because the weapon was forged with death magic it created a spell barrier around the wound (light and death don’t blend).
This is why he seemed so confused and obsessed with bringing justice to Arthas.
While I love the creativity of everything posted here and think it’s interesting, I don’t think this is the case. At least, Blizzard probably didn’t come up with it.
But truly, this is pretty neat!

Neat concept but sadly, I have found its best to just take Blizzard’s lore approach as if the most obvious solution is always going to be the answer.
Its too big of a game to be having super minute characters foreshadowing big plot a decade down the road, and whatever else.
I’d expect it to just play out exactly as we expect - if only because the game has to be understandable for so many different people from different areas of the world and different walks of life.

I’ll be honest, Aveena is probably on the list of forgotten or retconned out characters.
She only ever appeared in comics, her inclusion in the raid had many players asking "Who?"
That and shes never mentioned again. Not even by Kalecgos, who loved her.
