So after i creaated the last post about being banned i was insta logged out of the forums and no longer able to log into my account. I created a ticket, but seeing all my character names are available already im pretty certain that account is gone. Sad day, 15 years of achievements ams mounts gone.
Create a new account on the same Bnet you keep everything but the character and name

The bnet was completely locked out and banned. Not just wow, ALL of it.

Okay then I’m confused how is tuckyb on perma ban 15 and this guy is just 1 and done.
Makes me think it was either cheating, rmt or more likely just some false positive. 
A lot of people got bnet permas recently.

This is definitely weird because even Crusader didn’t have his bnet perma banned and just made a new WoW account.
Your entire bnet Account being gone is strange and wouldnt surprise me if it was a mistake.
Unless something in their policy changed recently
Theres others reporting being wrongfully banned on their entire bnet account… Id say you open a ticket and spam them
You’d have to have hit a Mongery level offense to get a bnet closure, so it’s gotta be cap, false positive, or you’re actually deserving of it
Hearing lot of people are getting their accs back now

There’s a few posts on CS from others saying they were bnet banned at the same time, but it looks like they were mistakes because they’re getting overturned.
Where are you hearing these things?

I havent heard anything back yet.
You should get it returned. I just visited the CS forums and it looks like their silly AI banning system made a mistake (who would have guessed).
Side note: those MvP green letter posters on those threads are something else. Somehow this ordeal was the players fault according to them.

Émmå there have been a number of perma ban overturns this morning in Customer Support apparently. Make certain ya stay on the appeal.
