After resizing World Map with Move Anything, game thinks my cursor is an Inch North East of it's actual location

Basically I changed my World Map to be 1.5x it’s normal size and anchored it to the Top Left corner of the screen. Now when I open it, if I try to mouseover a zone or something else on the map itself, I’ll end up highlighting objects that are about 1.5 inches North East of where my cursor actually is. The game is apparently not handling the repositioning and resizing very well and I’m curious if anyone else has had this problem or found a solution?

Secondary question, for some reason I can’t adjust my Zone Minimap with MoveAnything properly either right now. It’s just not accepting any adjustments I make with it, and I’m unable to resize it. Any ideas why this could happen as well?

I use “Moveanything” as well. When I first used it, I got a little click happy and moved too many items. Ended up with a messed up UI. Best thing to do is to uninstall, refresh the base UI, and reinstall the addon. Move only what is necessary otherwise it has a potential to bug out.
Addon’s are not supported by Blizzard and have a chance to cause unknown errors.
Another option would be to review and install ELVUI as this will allow for more positioning options. There are also addons that manipulate the mini-map specifically.

You can move and resize the world map without an addon. On the bottom right you can click and drag it to change the size. To move it about, click and drag on the bar that’s on the top of the map.

As for the zone minimap, I don’t use it. I just resize the world map as needed.

Hmm, so after you posted this I went to check in game and I can’t figure it out. Are you sure an addon didn’t allow you to do that, because I’m not seeing any resize options and I just wanna make sure if it’s me being blind or not, any help with this would be really appreciated because resizing this is definitely on my to-do list right now.

Never heard of this before and can’t reproduce.

Type /move in game and pull up the list of frames. Check in the bottom category under custom and see if you have anything related to the minimap there. I’ve had this problem in the past where there are multiple frames for the minimap, once you’ve grabbed the wrong one and made changes it just screws everything up. Reset everything linked to the minimap and then use the menu to select the minimap frame and make changes

Hope this helps, it’s hard to explain… I know one frame is labeled “minimap” while another is labeled “minimap cluster”. I’ve been using move anything for years and broken many frames with it lol

Still an issue a year later and none of the minimap resets seem to fix it so I just decided to turn off the moveanything addon and will just turn it back on when I need it.
