I still have 2 ranks in “flow of time” which lowers the cooldown on blink (and shimmer) by 4 sec. I have searched everywhere in my spell book. No blink. This is a very key spell. What can I do or what may be done to get it back.
Did you talent into Shimmer, it replaces Blink I believe.

On a side note: In my mind it would be ideal to add “replaces blink” in the tool tip.
It has that by default. UI customisations can probably suppress it, and some talent calculators will omit it completely, but the default in-game tooltip has “Replaces Blink” written in yellow on the third line of the tooltip with a small gap separating it from the talent rank (usually x/1 for a skill). This persists even after learning it.
The same is true of Greater Invisibility (“Replaces Invisibility”), or any other talent from any class or spec that will permanently replace another ability while it’s active.
