So after playing WoW Fresh for four weeks and hitting lv60, here are my thoughts:
IT SUCKS lol
Nothing but fresh new drama, fresh new bots abusing the economy, fresh new problems in MC, fresh new boosting, the works, it’s just ERA with a its face washed, only difference is no GDKPs (sad choice not being able to enjoy)
I thought it was going to be fun starting new but good lord, Nightslayer PvP is going down the drain so quick when it comes to the economy prices on pots and gear. Edgies starting out at 5k?! I’m looking at you people who had them as soon as you hit the level to wear them…we all know how you really got them (gold buyers or RMTs)
I was so petty when I seen a fresh lv60 week 2 on an epic mount I reported them for gold buying (lol).
And TBC which is what I’ve been waiting for will be a ____ show. All that gold will be pouring into it. Everyone in t3, epic flyers right when hit 70, easily getting max professions.
You’d probably have more fun if you didn’t rush to 60 every time there was a fresh server.
Vanilla WoW is a leveling game.
WoW didn’t become a raid focused game until Wrath.
Not possible. GDKP is banned. RMT doesn’t exist without GDKP and thus no bots. There is no way for bots to exist without GDKP. Blizzard in their great wisdom has blessed us with a bot free fresh. Their all knowing leadership has our best interest in mind and will never compromise the quality of their games in the name of profit.
Retail is actually a fantastic game, and version of WoW. It solves pretty much every problem people have with Classic, and highlights why they should go in different directions rather than converge towards the same thing.
In classic the classes feel very unique, while retail steamlined a lot of that uniqueness away. Classic has an actual leveling experience, while in retail only the end game exists.
