After Dark is seeking skilled and dedicated players for our raiding team. We’ve run with largely the same roster for several expansions now, but a few have decided to leave the game, so we need to build out our roster. We’re looking to be progressing competitively in the next raid tier.
Our current recruiting priorities are:
One main healers
One heal-capable DPS
One tank-capable DPS
One or two additional DPS
We are very solid on tanks - both of our main tanks have 100% attendance, and one is the Guild Master. We just want to build some bench strength there so we’re not leaning so heavily on a small group of people to keep raiding. If main tanking is a preference, the GM is able to switch to a DPS role with the right person in as tank.
Raids are Tuesdays and Sundays at 7:30 server (PDT/PST). While we take raiding seriously and need players who can attend the majority of our raids, we all also understand that nobody’s getting any younger, and sometimes life happens. Hence the reason why we’re recruiting the way we are, so that raids can happen even if people need to miss.
Mythic+, Mythic Islands, and other activities happen regularly, and we’re working on making those more organized as well. There’s a bit of PvP, but nothing organized, and I would not characterize AD as a PvP guild. We have quite a few achievement hunters for those working on clearing out their to-do list.
New recruits are welcome to come along for our raid nights before joining the guild, to assess the overall fit.
