Afrasiab stain on WoW

What’s the average for superiors that pushed someone to suicide?

All those times I thought those quest givers were undressing me with their eyes… Now I know the truth.

I am not too sensitive. I know your narrative and I actually agree with you. But this case is way too different than disliking spiders or saying things people don’t like. If you can’t tell the difference then you are part of the problem to not hold companies accountable for having double standards. See swiftly case vs this case.

Shake out the whine-bats and commies and resurrect the game.

Nothing worse than LA and NY attorneys, to destroy lives and soak a big haul.

Yeah, they’ll likely have to go back through the game (Including WoW Classic) and purge (remove or rename) all those references. For example:

  • Field Marshal Afrasiabi
  • Fras Siabi in Stratholme, and all related quests and items.
  • Anything with “Foror” or “Kariel” (His forum and in-game aliases) in its name or description, i.e. “Tigule and Foror’s Strawberry Ice Cream”
  • Lord Afrasastrasz

This feels very American.
You should not let other people control your emotions and thus your ability to think.

You can reach a conclusion about whether or not to continue to play or to advocate for his removal without allowing yourself to feel sick.

Maybe that’s why they overreacted

just play in hindsight thats what i do rather than use foresight

This feels very german. “Sick” is used as hyperbole and the context is an expression for advocating his removal.

While I agree with this philosophy (I like the Harry Potter books despite JK Rowling being . . . not great), I feel like naming an NPC after a person gives that person an honor.

So at the least, NPCs and items with names that refer to Afrasiabi should be removed or renamed.

Why is the knee jerk reaction to anything controversial these days to PURGE THE PAST???

That is seriously Orwellian.

People seriously shouldn’t reference 1984 without understanding 1984 first.

Removing people from places of honor is not “purging the past.”

It’s a pop trend in the USA and some other western liberal democracy’s. It passes eventually but not after wrecking its share of damage

Then don’t.

He left the company a year ago. Could have been due to this issue. Chances are that someone who worked on the components in your computer and other tech devices has also sexually harassed others. The behavior is pretty rampant in the tech industry. Your clothes are probably created by subjugated women as well. Give it all up.

Not condoning the behavior but not sure why it would make you physically ill when all the other issues exist and are perpetrated with dollars.
