Can something be done about afkers and botters inside alterac valley battleground? Good example is a guy name Jonnysausage-Bigglesworth in classic era, has been massively reported by players of him afking inside the cave at start of battle ground and nothing is done about it and many others i did not mention. Can there be a penalty included to where after several reports of an individual a penalty is added after he has been kicked from the battleground for being inactive and players reporting? maybe adding a 1hr que banned from battlegrounds and 3-5-8 hour penalty if it keeps happening? just my thoughts, is ridiculous the amount of players that are doing this and sabotaging other players who are actually playing the game.

Rampant Botting and real money boosting advertisements all over wow??? Noo, say it aint so lol.
On a good note you get a mount that costs more than the expansion, and dont forget to sprinkle in a lil bit of class balance, and buggy patches, enjoy hehe.

I agree that it’s pretty flagrantt and would love to see it cleaned up. The guy cited by OP is flagrantly abusing the system, and has been doing so for weeks. I assume the Allies have the same issue so it probably balances out in terms of game fairness, but it’s pretty discouraging to be putting in long days and/or late nights grinding honor, only to have some goofball getting everything through gnarly and obvious cheating.
There really should be consequences for this imho!

Its been ignored for way too long by the Parent company, I now believe its by design…
They WANT IT, its sanctioned, its a way for them to launder money off of the players and Blizzard. The game design allowing queue sync creating premades, even the selling carries for money if traced to its source would lead you to Blizzard HQ.

today i literally caught a botter after several games and of course rank 12 shaman. never mounted once when game started and always took same route after leaving the cave… literally walking… even after death always the same route, i need to start recording this. i noticed it when i saw him randomly walking after 2 games and not mounting up. i told raid about it to report, and some players replied with “leave him alone, hes just lazy to mount” “leave him alone” i even challenged them to see him running after each death, literally SAME route and same turns he was doing over and over. was easier to catch when alliance took IBGY and he kept getting killed over and over doing same coordinates for his movements leaving the cave

Also report them in game everytime you see them doing this.
If you see them again next week, do it again. Keep doing it. If Blizz can verify they are cheating they will hammer it. But it is not always easy to verify that someone is playing bad, vs just being bad at pvp. The reports help establish a record.
Some of these type of things require some effort to get done. Do the effort until it gets done.

Was only a few months back all the Big Streamers were talking about the rampant botting in wow, they never stopped, I bet Blizz is building a big list!
