What one are you finding better for solo content?
As Affliction I seem like I am immortal
I switched to destruction, being a big affliction fan, and am enjoying it a lot more… I ramp up faster and do more AoE. The down side, is I find that I tend to die more often… but that’s usually because I am not paying attention and run into a pack and get overwhelmed. Doesn’t happen that often, but when it does… gotta hope SoulStone is up.
Either way, I find soloing easy with destruction as well… but I think its easy for many classes to be honest… the bigger “boom” is more satisfying for me though.
Which is really weird seeing as destro mastery makes you even tankier than the other specs
All I know is what it feels like… could just be the fact that I can nuke things down faster I take more risks… or maybe I just am staying up too late and as an old guy I get a little sleepy… ehh
Probably just not use to the rotation. one thing I’ve found playing through different characters is that until I get into the groove of the spec I find it pretty underwhelming. Unholy dk was like that until I got into the flow.
I started affliction at 50, turned to Destro until 53 at which point I felt Demon did better until 57 where Afflict is rocking it.
Yes Im all over the board lol but Affliction now seems to be hitting quite hard
Really loving Destro at the moment. I like that I can still rely on my pets to be good while also providing good AoE and ST damage. I also completed the fel fire quest, which just adds to the enjoyment.
