Affliction

So, look I don’t want to sound like a whiny affliction player, buuuuuuut hey cmon you flip the play style with shadowbolt, then you totally destroy the conduit. IDK, but the fact it got nerfed to 10% and not 15% is outrageous. The shadowbolt conduit just needed a tiny bit more of nerf, of course we did not expect to hit 28k shadowbolts, but barely above 5k without coolies, cmon.

The spec is already getting more annoying to play, and you took away the one thing that was a breath of life for the spec, it does not take 6 more of weeks of testing to figure, both destroying MR and destroying shadowbolt was the way to go. There should be something we can rely on for all of the micro managing affliction lock players have to do to even be competitive on the charts. Affliction lock players besides besides MW monks, are the only people willing to play a tougher rotation to earn their numbers, I hope there is something better coming for us in the near future.

The answer is Mage. All three specs are stomping Aff on PTR and all three specs have an easier rotation.

You can also get M+ invites.

What bulletproof said. Affliction on PTR right now is straight trash. I am finding FF XIV more fun everyday to keep me occupied. Blizz can’t balance classes even if God showed them how.

Very true: mage. Less headache involving rotations and they output good numbers. AFF is a dumpster fire meow, so don’t expect to see it this tier. They made some ok moves for the spec, but then they double down and just destroyed its dmg. For example, like the OP stated, the conduit.
They were also like :ok we gave ur darkglare a 2 min cd, you are good for the next 3 xpacs. Warlock players: um, darkglare is one of the worst cds in the game.
Blizz: 3 XPACS!!!
Hense why I have only logged in about once in the last 3 weeks or so.

I’m sorry, are you saying “meow?”

Huh? I thought I said “now”. Meow, why would I say “meow”?
