Hey guys I’m returning player for wotlk…I played warlock back in 2009 and am going to main it again.
What will affliction locks be like? I can’t remember that far back I just remember them being fun

Affliction is pretty much throw up all your dots with haunt cast some shadowbolts and then switch to drain soul during execute phase. Its great dps and a very engaging spec to play.

imho, Affi is great. I do think Affi is 3rd hardest spec to master in PvE.
Feral being #1, enha being #2.
DoT management.
If you run battleground casually, it’s actually insanely fun to run random BG’s as Affi lock.
Great for solo open world farming too due to crazy self sealing. Dot-dot-dot-and everyone dies behind you.
affliction warlocks in later patches (aka the patches will be playing in ) are pvp gods.
You will easily 2v1 and even 3v1 people depending on class. They are absolutely busted af. especially affliction. It’s glorious.
Affliction owns in pve and pvp. Highly recommend, it’s what I intend to be playing for the majority of the time.
