First time seeing this and messing with it. Not sure if its great but seems decent
Harvester of Souls is useless. It literally does 0.2% of my damage.
I went with Soul Embrace to get Drain Soul.
I also noticed that it doesn’t have Grimoire of Sacrifice and has the Fel Domination Talented. I still believe that GoSac is the way to go for PvP.
