2 Piece says it’s supposed to increase damage of rapture by 5% and crit chance by 10%. The crit chance is not applying, not sure about the damage. Possible it’s increasing Crit Damage instead, IDK. Logs from last week show people with 40-50 Crit chance or rapture so I assume it was working a few days ago. EU Warlock forum has a threat about it from 4 days ago with 1 reply.
