I tried to make a macro I can hit when an Afflicted spawns, but seems to only spam cleanse on myself. Cant they not be targeted like that?
/target Afflicted
/cast Cleanse Toxins

Apparently that doesn’t work no.
They are friendly units, so if you haven’t try turning on friendly nameplates to see them better.
You could also try a mouse over macro like this:
/cast [@mouseover,help] Naturalize
It looks like there are also weakauras available that play a sound when they spawn, which may help!
I’m doing ok for now, just a pain to have to stop doing my rotation all while dodging mechanics and interrupting casts to target a mob and cleanse. I try not to be “that” dps and actually help with stuff lol.
a macro would just be another button for me to hit while doing rotation.
Auto-target macros for affixes haven’t worked for a long time because people were using them to trivialize the “challenge” of deleting high density explosive spawns.
