How are you guys handling this? Just using our dispell and cauterize or healing the mobs up. If so which heals? Or do you LoS the adds?
Expunge first then Cauterize then living flame after that.

Whoa Expunge and Cauterize work on them? I had no Idea I need to check this out right now thanks for the tip! I’ve just been trying to heal them to full with verdant embrace + living flame procs as a Devo.

Oh ya they work wonderfully. They have a poison effect on em so even as a dps evoker it works wonderfully! 
That’s the dispells overall for a +11 NL. I am Onyxdragon in the picture. The healer had the same talents and was doing the same thing I was. It helps out so much. If caurt flame is on CD a living flame should be good. The instant cast ones from Devo work great for them.

You can echo VE/LB combo and a single living flame should go a long way to heal it up.
I use both dispells first, then heal if any are on cooldown.

I haven’t had a single group where I needed anything other than expunge.
Just get 2-3 classes that have cleanse spells and there’s literally no reason to burn your caut flame or use gcds on non-damaging spells.
Same for the most part. Some groups I’ve been in forgets to clense pretty often so I use cauterizing flame in an emergancy. Most of the time its just expunge.
expunge>>>cauterizing flame(hold if saving for a bleed for example I’ve save it for 2nd boss neltharus)>>>direct healing usually takes 1-2 spells if played right.
I combat this affix by inviting only classes that can dispell them.
