feels a bit strong in pvp like a top tier healer tank and dps all in one.
maybe im just upset because a worgen warlock named “Ihaveticks” 1v5 us in a bg which i respect and did chuckle but they are possibly a bit overtuned.

Balance and tuning don’t apply to sub 60 PvP. There are a few specs that are god like in different BG brackets.

That’s a funny name. Affliction warlock is also the worst M+ spec in the game so that’s nice if it’s good in pvp at least.

On the plus side, he’s playing the worst iteration of affliction, ever.
Guess that doesn’t matter to a playerbase that can only define fun as “winning”.

If they front-loaded the damage, and didn’t let overlaps start it over, I think it could be M+ viable.

You know, I used to love Affliction, but I never vibed with that new spell, Malefic Rapture? I think? I don’t care for it. I much preferred the Legion iteration of the spec, where Drain Soul did more damage, based on how many DoTs you had on the target and I think it actually casted faster the longer you channeled it? I dunno. I believe the Legion version was the last incarnation of that, before it was changed to roughly how it is now.
And then back then, even their AoE was good. IIRC Phantom Singularity and Absolute Corruption were on different talent rows, so you could have both. Is it like that now? I honestly haven’t played Aff in forever. I think that’s what made their AoE so good. I honestly can’t remember that either. 
I just remember them being BETTER.
